In these trying times, the HTCNV & SCCNV is temporarily adjusting all charges under 20-10-5 plans to be capped at $5.00 to ensure people without insurance or out-of-network coverage will have access to services. This change will apply to dates of service from 03/01/20 and will remain in place until further notice.
The 20-10-5 policy was created for patients with no insurance or out-of-network coverage to cap office visit costs. Patients with insurance that opt for the 20-10-5 forego using their insurance.
