Phone service restored

Approximately on Saturday, 08/31, the HTCNV's main line (702-330-0555) was discovered to be functioning incorrectly. Service was shortly restored within 21 minutes of problem discovery.

Approximately on Tuesday, 09/03, the HTCNV's main line (702-330-0555) was discovered to be functioning incorrectly. Calls were routed to the HTCNV's on-call line as a countermeasure. Service was restored by end of business day.

As of Wednesday, 09/04, the HTCNV's main line (702-330-0555) has been restored to full service & all countermeasures have been discontinued.
