1. We will be closed on Monday, January 21st in observance of Martin Luther King Jr Day. We resume normal business hours on Tuesday, January 22nd. For any emergent issues, please do not hesitate to call our main line. For non-emergent issues, please call back during business hours.

2. The HTCNV is now accessible via OhMD. OhMD is a free HIPAA-compliant text messaging service that's available through the iOS or Android app stores. Download it & we'll set up you in-office to have a direct line of communication with our staff!

3. The HTCNV is now accepting the following plans for office visits:

-Medicare A & B

-Medicaid FFS

-Medicaid managed by Anthem BCBS

-Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

-Tricare

We are not currently contracted to bill office visits for Medicaid managed by HPN (i.e. Smart Choice HPN) & Silver Summit.

We are currently working on all other major insurance carriers. For medications, we are able to work with our insurance company and their preferred Pharmacy Benefit Manager to fulfill prescriptions. Tune in for more in the future!

Two notices:

1. The HTCNV will be closed on December 24th-25th & December 31st-January 1st. Other than those specific days, we have normal business hours. Our on-call hotline (702-960-5991) for EMERGENCIES ONLY will be available during the holiday.

2. We've begun implementing our billing system. It generates automated statements for outstanding balances. However, some statements may have been sent in error. If you have received a statement & feel that it was billed in error, please give us a call or send an e-mail to Johnson.Shao@htcnv.org. We will look into it for it.

Happy holidays!

Friends & family,

We are no longer taking entries for our Adopt-A-Family list & will be finalizing those who were selected. If you have submitted a request & do not receive a call, this means you will be wait listed until next year.

We want to thank our local NHF chapter for their generosity in helping us put the program together & we look forward to seeing everyone over the holiday season. Have a wonderful day!
